Hi beautiful poeple! Because it's been a while since I posted a recipe, I'm going to post another one but don't expect too much because it's gonna be really simple and quick. On the other side, it's healthy, delicious and nutritious. I promise I'll post a better one with nice pics as well but because I didn't have the time to snap some proper pictures due to a bunch of homework and other things, I hope you guys would understand :p

Oat Porridge with Fruit Puree
If you can't find store bought fruit puree, you can make it at home or just substitute it with natural sweetener of your choice.

  • Cook the oats in a pan with almond/soy/oat milk in low heat for 8-10 minutes. If you use instant oats, mix the oat directly with hot water/milk.
  • Stir in a generous dollop of fruit puree/honey. Add sliced fruit of your choice. Enjoy! :)
Avocado and Hummus on Toast
This is suuuper easy I don't think any explanation is needed but here goes:

  • Toast the bread of your choice.
  • When it's done, mash the avocados or spread the hummus (home made or store-bought) generously on top of the toasted bread. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add sliced tomatoes or other vegetables of your choice.

Tips: if you're not a vegan, you can substitute the avocado with brie. Put the bread with brie on top in microwave for 60 seconds and add the tomatoes. You can use other cheese like camembert etc
